SHIPPING CHARGES
We do NOT charge per book. The cost is based on the parcel's overall weight, value, shipping speed and destination.

Prices are calculated at the actual cost to us as below, unless arranged otherwise and we add a one-off charge of £1 per order for packaging.

UK orders under £28 are sent by 1st class mail.
UK orders over £28 are sent by registered insured mail

Overseas orders under £28 are sent by printed paper rate
Overseas orders over £28 are sent by International Signed for Mail

All Overseas orders can be sent either Airmail or Surface (Customers Choice)

Should you wish to keep postage rates to a minimum we are willing to send parcels uninsured if the customer will assume responsibility. Please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements at: postage@poetrybookshop.co.uk

RETURNS POLICY
Any item considered not to be as described may be returned, providing prior notification is given (by E-mail or Telephone) within 7 days and returned within a further 7 days in the same condition as on receipt
